There should not be any cutting of trees on all of Michel Point. Starting from the junction of the\michel road and highway #924

I am very concerned about what is going on in area of Saskatchewan. To be removing the trees, and disrupting nature so close to lakes can do nothing but harm. There should be regulations in place for preseving areas close to lakes and important water fronts. Also driving on roads getting to the lakes in this area is very scary. The road is not maintained up to par, and with the steady flow of loggings trucks it makes traveliing very dangerous. Where is Saskatchewan Government......the people in power need to wake up and take a big look at what is going on with the forestry in their province. !

I do not support the clear cutting of this area. This is a short sighted decision and will negatively impact the community.

Save the forrest and the homes of many animals. The logging companies should buy some land far enough away from civilization, block it off and grow and chop down their trees instead of taking from the forest. They leave a mess, takes forever for trees to grow back and animals lose homes.

A 90-95% cut seems hugely excessive. While it would be nice to preserve all the treed land, can the company not at least reduce the percentage of trees they wish to log? It is important to preserve habitat, recreational use & the beauty of these forested areas, not to mention reducing erosion caused by excessive cutting of trees.

The proposed logging of Michel point is flat out disrespectful of the logging companies and the government. This is a beautiful forest used daily, year round by three different cottage associations and tourist. Also the habitat of the animals who need this forest will be destroyed. This can't happen.
