sie sollten die Tierfreunde unterstützen, und nicht gegen sie arbeiten. Schließlich wollen wir nur helfen.

SAWA is doing a wonderful job. The animals are lost without them.

Instead of acting according to the law that obliges him to properly care for every stray in his community, he prevents others to act in his place. What a primitive lawbreaker! He should be removed from office and face a law suit for his unlawful behaviour!

Ioannis Rouussos - your behaviour is a disgrace. Every civilised town would open its arms to a rescue that 'cleans up' the mess people do with animals. Abandoned, stray and emaciated animals are not a great view for anyone, not mentioning tourists. If you are willing to look like a civilised, european major - stop your ridiculous, disgraceful behaviour. Moreover you should support SAWA and applaud them, as they are leading your town to better look not only in the eyes of tourists, but in the eyes of world. Shame on you.

SAWA does such great work on the island. I don't know, where the island would be without them right now! I ask the mayor of Santorini to stop this man from committing further crimes against the stray animals and the helpers of SAWA! THANK YOU!

SAWA is an amazing organization. I hope they are getting the recognition due to them. Following from the US.
