I have been repeatedly called to the point of harassment from Lifestyles Vacation Club. The most recent phone number is Ann at 913-364-4876. I have requested many times to be removed from the call list. The phone numbers do not exist when calling back. Evidently, it pertains to a package never used and no intention of using due to the harassment.

You can get out of your contract with Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club easily. I am a former employee for Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club in the Dominican Republic and worked for the owner name, Marco from Austria. I worked in the sales center that the helicopters landed on. I was the person responsible for reviewing and signing the contracts for the company and I know everything about the contract. We also got pressured into buying the VIP package. Went to cancel on the 3rd day. They refused ~ said credit card already approved. Stop paying the banks.

Lifestyle is the biggest rip-off.. first they take you give you expensive booze and then the crazy salesman pitch.. very persistent and would not give up without a deal. these scammers sell the best package verbally and when you sign up and pay that money is when you find out about all the lies.. first off they say as a chairman circle member they promise you all the best package and then they give you the stick.. they make up rules as they goes by and lie like they are on death row.. whoever is looking to do a class action lawsuit on these people ill be willing to be a part of it.. they will give you a hard time over the phone and when you are there the sales pitch starts again... need to unload this and get back my money.

Lifestyle Resorts conduct misleading and fraudulent practices and me and my friend experience the same issues with this company ! They refuse to compromise nor be accountable with their actions ! Glad this petition is created to assist victims of their wrongdoings !

VIP scammed

We started regretting the 2006 purchase several years ago. During our last visit, we noticed that this place is a dump. Everywhere you went smelled like sewage and my husband and I both became violently ill. Amazingly, these dotards still tried to get more money out of us even though we were sitting in front of them because they were not honoring the original contract. I believe in karma and everything they are doing to 'members' will eventually happen to them.

I was mislead and lured falsely into signing a contract with this fraudulent company. After repeatedly saying I needed time to think they kept hounding me. As a result I signed the contact and paid $100US and was given 4 days within which to cancel. When I attempted to cancel, they said I would have to pay $1500US. I had not been told about this nor did I append my signature to such. When I got to the LFVC office upstairs of Be live Collection her Punta Cana, the rep showed be in another contract, one I had no knowledge of, that I had to pay the conteact and admin fee which was US 1500. When I explained no one told me this and that I could not afford to pay that fee, they refused to cancel my contract. This company is all about tricks in getting you to sign and bullying if you try to get out. My entire vacation was ruined as I spent all my days in Punta Cana in tears. I am back home and I am having nightmares when I sleep. Please enlighten people about this company's fraudulent practices.
