Stop Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club from Selling Corrupt and Fraudulent Memberships
Are you a victim of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club corrupt and fraudulent selling practices? By signing this petition, you can help expose and stop this activity. I will be sending the petition to the United States Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Wally Brewster and ultimately starting a class action lawsuit. My husband and I bought into this membership with the intention to be able to travel the world and stay at 4 to 5 star accommodations. The resorts on the InTravel website do not exist or as they say "does not come up in their inventory". I have requested over 10 different 5 star resorts with different dates and the answer is always the same, "they are not available" and offer alternate 2 or 3 star low budget hotels. We paid a large sum of money for VIP travel which Lifestyle Vacations does not provide.

LHVC commits fraud by material misrepresentations and omissions in their sales process. As many others have stated, they typically overbook and do not have the "desirable properties" available as promised.
Scam. Took my money. First time using a week were affected a broken down crown villa with rotten and broken furniture. Golf cart was dangerous to operate. Seat came off and my passenger ended up on the motor.
Upon signing up, there is a 4-day initial window to cancel. They didn't explain this to me until after the 4-day window expired (have the documents). They also tried to open an international credit card without my knowledge.
I have spent 30k, was completely lied to and totally ripped off! It costs me more to vacation as a member than if I were to look online, AI deals to their resorts, including airfare for 749.00 per person per week! I want to sue to get my money back!
Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club promised a buyback of our current membership with Royal Holidays (another corrupt and fraudulent vacation club) with the purchase of a membership. They have not fulfilled that promise in the contract signed in March 2, 2015.
I bought a membership in the Bahamas and regretted it almost immediately. I wasn't able to get my money back and the service falls way below expectations. Actually, there is no service at all and the contact number for the agent who worked there no longer works. If you are exploring it, keep away. I purchased one of the higher tier packages and nothing works as it should. I was told about discount flights, discount hotels and properties around the world. All sales not facts. Keep away from this company unless you're trying to screw a sizable loss.

I was promised to book hotel in around the world. I just become a LHVC member and tried to book hotel 3 months ahead ...guess what they emailed me they have no inventory for Miami but according to their website there are 360 hotels available.
