8021 SW 97 street If the county allows this then I will expect my property tax bill to be decreased immediately along with everyone else in this area since our homes will definitely be worth less.

I am strongly against townhomes in Continental Park . This change would create additional traffic in area . And would open the door to further development in the area.

I am opposed to the development and the manner in which it has been handled. There is no need to cram that many townhomes with no realistic parking for each residence. Two spaces for "luxury" townhomes is not believeable nor honest. The transition can be six to eight homes built in a cul-de-sac style like they have on 94th St.

It is almost impossible to leave my neighborhood due to traffic now. This increase in density should complete the blockade during school and rush hours.

This is not an area design for so much traffic. Traffic is already damaging Continental Park area safety. Another huge building is going to be built next to Dadeland North and around Kings Creek, another big one. Not only does this increases traffic, but our water system, etc is going to be engaged too.

I currently live in a property with an acre lot. and enjoy the space and privacy we currently have. It is insane that contractors want to change the existing non congested community we currently have. Property owners in this area have paid more money for their properties to have this space and tranquil community. Allowing 30 townhomes within a 2 acre lot would definitely affect our property values and our beautiful community. My address is: 8345 SW 96 St Miami, Florida 33156

Please consider the area residents' total opposition to this zoning change. This change would create additional density AND traffic headaches to our already crowded community. Thank you. Carlos Fernandez 8955 SW 93 Court Miami, Florida 33176
