why are we not making any decision like this towards human beings ? Still we could see many rapists, terrorists roaming around. Just because its an animal doesn't makes any sense.

Please stop killing stray Dogs. They need us. Let’s help them in whatever little way we can. New alternatives can be sought wherein they are provided with vaccinations and not killed! Guys, Saving one dog will not change the world. But surely for that ONE DOG, the world will change FOREVER!
