I am urging the Kingston City Council to begin using humane, non-lethal flow devices to resolve beaver dam flooding. There is an expert in Boston. He taught staff in the City of London how to install these flow devices and if the expert came to Kingston, he could teach the City of Kingston staff too.I

I understand there is a golf course in Kingston that places nets under water with the intention of netting the beaver so they cannot surface again to breath causing them to drown. May or may not be true. Very cruel if it is true.
