The increased noise and lack of cutting back the engines is unbearable in the Bluffs where I live. Go back to previous route and noise abatement proceedures

I am an ex commercial pilot. I have lived here in the Bluffs for 31 years & FAA frequently permits flights over the Bluffs. Is there no end to this nonsense ?????
