We live on bay directly underneath the March 2017 flight plan. Lift off noise has increased to unacceptable levels. Additionally the black matter constantly swirls around us. Our ears ring incessantly. Most unpleasant to be in our outside living spaces. Please please go over the bay to the water. Thank you.

Go back to the departure rules that routed planes straight out over the back bay and restricted turns until the plane was over the ocean.

I bought this home 2 years ago after checking that the SNA noise level was acceptable. The FAA should not be able to change my environment without input from those whom it affects. It is now a daily alarm clock and constant annoyance.

i am a long time resident of NB and am furious with the changes in place approved by FAA. i am in support of reinstating noise abatement mandates immediately.

We used to say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I know that you'll never please all the people all the time, but why did you try to fix the regulations that were previously working and limiting noise?
