I have lived in CDM my whole life and have never heard planes... now the noise is inescapable. Shameful how much the FAA lies about the "flight path" compared to where these planes are actually flying.

The noise of the planes has steadily increased and has impacted my quality of life. It is intrusive on a daily basis.

Reduce flights and noise. Every year flights are increased and there is more noise. Curfews are often ignored.

We cannot speak on the phone with our windows open because we cannot hear over the airplane noise. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I moved back home to help my mother 3 yrs ago and I cannot believe how much lower, louder, and frequent the planes fly. I heard pilots were told they did not have to "... throttle down anymore for those rich Newport Beach people." !!!

The noise is bad enough but also the aircraft spew a black substance that has ruined the carpet in our home, it coats your car if left outside and it clings to the soles of your shoes, etc.

The departure procedure should be left as it is. It is not necessary to change it.

The County Board of Supervisors and the FAA both need to be held accountable for this drastic error. Safety and protecting the local residents should always come first.

Today was the worse day ever for loud jets going over our home. It is really annoying, please reinforce former procedures!!!

I moved to Balboa Island from Dover Shores, largely in an attempt to get out from under the jet noise-only to learn shortly after moving that the flight paths had changed. It is impossible to sleep after 7 AM in the morning & as a physician, I am greatly concerned about the health effects of living directly under the new jet path. The takeoff patterns should be spread out to lessen the concentration of pollution over one area only>
