The new plan is unfair to those living under the flight path. Ideally, there would be fewer flights and quieter planes. Since this is unlikely, at a minimum the noise should be spread as widely as possible across the affected communities so at a minimum the noise is distributed and none should be asked to bear the burden for all.

It is immoral what the FAA decision makers have done to put thousands of residents and school children in an area adjacent to the John Wayne Airport in harms way. In my opinion, these decision makers are simple minded, blind or corrupt through and through with their declaration of "no significant impacts" to surrounding areas. Is not the debilitating increases in noise and jet fuel polution upon my home and family enough significance? Are these decision makers blind to the threat they are causing to our helath, our safety, and the environment in which we live as well as arrogantly dismissing our liberty to have peace of mind. I find it disgusting to where governmental bureaucrats have lowered themselves to morally.

I am now finding a thick dust like covering on my tables, kitchen counters and all over my house. This cannot be healthy to breathe and makes the house constantly dirty. Please route the airplanes over the back bay

FLY THE PATH OF LEAST IMPACT...directly over the bay!!!! I have lived in Newport for over 20 years. I am very familiar with the patterns and this was a bait and switch!! I enjoy the convenience of the airport but not at the expense of property values, residents' health and the quiet as we knew it, so that BIG business can stuff their pockets with BIG dollars!! Planes are NOT quieter. Keep them over the bay and on the PATH OF LEAST IMAPCT TO ALL!!

Please do whatever you can. My toddler is ingesting far too many carcinogens from the jet fuel dust at present. Also, the noise is so loud we can't talk outside and even have trouble hearing eachother inside the house while the planes are taking off.

The following important issues are among few points of our concerns!
1. With every flight that passes over our house our worries and anxiety level increases because it scares us to death thinking what if it falls on our house or on anybody else's in our community!!??
2. We DO NOT have any peace and quiet due to the terrible loud sounds of the planes passing by!!!
3. We can not hold a peaceful or clear conversation in person or on the phone nor we
can watch TV or listen to the music without having the annoying loud sounds of the plane interrupting them!
4. The sticky and ugly black dubris coming from the plane's engines covers our beautiful patio furnitures, hence damaging and ruining their cushions and their covers, forcing us to replace them every year and is costing us money and the big headaches of doing that!! Recently, we instead have been purchasing furniture covers to avoid doing that, but then again we now have to replace the furniture covers every year and they are quite pricey too!!
5. Financially, considering our beautiful view of the back bay and the huge green areas
and the great community that we have, the prices of our properies are among the lowest in Newport Beach which is solely contributes to the negative impacts of the planes flying over our homes!!!
6. Last but not least, the fumes and the dubris from the planes are greatly damaging to ours' and our children's health!
Some body in charge with conscience and decency must help us! We are desperate
and frustrated and in need of someone in our government who cares for the residence of our community, not for the big corporations!!!!!!!!
Please help us to bring back healthy environment and peace and quiet to our community by getting rid of noice and air pollutions that have been damaging us in so many ways by the constant airplane flights!!

The noise from the planes out of John Wayne has increased significantly over the past several months. I can't hear the TV talk on the phone, carry on a normal conversation with someone. The planes are flying over my house lower and are much louder than before. This has to stop.
