Let Justin Bieber move in. I live in Coto De Caza and Justin is no worse than these high school kids having kick backs at their rich parents mansions. Other celebrities live here too, its not a big deal. Don't scare him away like you scared away Kobe Byrant in the past. Coto needs some life again.
