James Dolan has destroyed the Knicks franchise ever since he's taken over as CEO in 1999. Since 1999, the Knicks have only gone to the playoffs 4 times after only missing the playoffs 8 times since the 1965/66 season. James Dolan has shown he has zero basketball management skills or basic leadership skills as 1) he's hired the worst leaders of all time i.e. Isiah Thomas and Mike D'Antoni, 2) allowed 9 of the 10 worst trades in Knicks history to occur. 3) The last 17 years of Knicks history have been the worst of the franchise's entire existence and 4) allowed Allan Houston to receive a $100 million contract that was not deserved, a complete waste of money and set the Knicks franchise back financially for almost 15 years. For these reasons and many more, James Dolan should no longer be allowed to have control over Knicks management decisions. He does not know what he's doing and he's ruining a great tradition for millions of Knicks fans across the globe!
