Ixtapa Mexican restaurant in Redmond Ridge is notorious for it's gimmicks. Currently they are broadcasting loud music. This poses as a huge annoyance to it's neighbors especially those that work at night, needing sleep during the day. Peaceful evening dinners ruined by constant loud music broadcasted by speakers on the patio. Please stop this disruptive advertising.
