The way it works now is what I like about Instagram. I always miss content from other social media apps because they decide what I might like. This is really disappointing.

This will KILL new artists' ability to build a following and reach an audience. Instagram is a vital tool for connecting with others, and continuing a cycle of "likes" for the most followed users doesn't help ANYONE. Top users don't need more likes and exposure, they've got it. How are new users supposed to build a following if their "less popular" posts are buried?? And after that, there's no point for newcomers to bother using the platform at all.

Please leave my feed alone and let ME decide which posts I think are best.

One of the primary reasons I used it was because it was current and unfiltered, unlike Facebook, without 1/1000th the chaff of Twitter. Deleting my account if this remains true.

Bad idea, I love instagram because you see everything your friends post... If this happens, I'll miss things from friends who don't post often/don't have many followers. Not good !!!

I moved from Facebook to Instagram to avoid this. Please stop using terrible Facebook tactics on Instagram.
