Which new social media app will everyone leave Instagram for now to avoid this kind of restructuring? I want to see everyone I'm following, not having Instagram decide which posts to hide from me. If Instagram develops sponsored posts that are anything like Facebook's sponsored posts or ads, I won't be paying for them because they simply never work. Would be great if they did, I would gladly pay for more exposure as a business but when your product doesn't deliver its promise, it's useless.

The propose of social media is to keep up with people / businesses I don't see on a regular basis. This severely defeats the beautiful purpose.

Only I know exactly what I want to see, and I dislike when social media platforms try to assume they know what I want to see and take away my ability to decide how I want to view things. I love the chronological, every photo shows up feed, and only people I follow.

Instagram is such an amazing platform because of its "live" feed. It brings users, followers, and brands together in a totally different way that FB and Twitter don't. Please don't take away the most organic piece of this platform- the authentic reach.

Please leave it in chronological order. I follow obscure people I like for obscure reasons, and I want to see their every post in the order it was posted. I don't want to see things in whatever you consider the best order. I don't miss any posts in the chronological method.

I just returned to Insta to get the FB treatment?! I get that enough from them and their crappy photo eating ways. I don't look to see another social media master treat their people the same way. There are way too many small businesses and artists who gain notice through Insta. Not everyone is going to be willing, or interested, in paying some outrageous fee to "be seen" by our own followers because some asshat thinks we're missing things. Screw that.
