This is an online petition to keep Instagram the same. For feeds to show up in chonilogical order and for users to be able to see every single post from the friends they follow. Click ATTEND if you're in support of this.
Instagram is employing these new algorithms as a money making sceme. It forces users to pay for ads show their work to an audience. We've seen this happen on Facebook and now, it's happening over on IG as well.
If enough people show that they are against this change, possibly we can sway the minds behind this change. Share with your friends who's posts you want to continue seeing on Instagram!

I have been reading through all of your comments and it is clear that so many of you value the chronological feed just as much as I do. It is overwhelming to see that this frustration is shared by so many people who just want to connect with their friends without an algorithm getting in the way.

Couldn't be more disappointed in this. What I love about Instagram is that I control exactly what I am seeing. I only follow people whose posts I really want to see and I want to see all of them in real time. This algorithm business needs to be kept inside the explore tab and not in my feed.
This isn't fair to people with less followers. How is their account going to grow if it will forever be hidden at the bottom of people's feeds. I follow people because I want to see every post not just what Instagram thinks I want to see.
Do not do this! Seriously, I never keep my Facebook newsfeed on "top stories", I always always keep it on "most recent". I don't need some computer to cherry pick what it thinks is going to be important to me, I just want to see things as they come and not 16 hours later!
Please do not decide what your users want to see, and instead allow the option of feed curation to be a choice rather than mandatory. Facebook newsfeeds are already totally full of bad memes and Kanye West news. I don't want Instagram to go that way too.
I moved a lot of my promotions OFF of Facebook for this exact reason. This pay to be seen system sucks and in no way represents what I want to see in my feed. Do NOT destroy the beautiful Instagram for a few extra bucks. It's already a system that's NOT broken. Don't try to fix it.
Instagram needs to go back to the chronological feed!

Please leave it in chronological order. I follow obscure people I like for obscure reasons, and I want to see their every post in the order it was posted. I don't want to see things in whatever you consider the best order. I don't miss any posts in the chronological method.
