Everybody sins, thats not the issue but a true believer is one who sins then repents whole heartedly. I have alot of respect for anyone who openly admits they have wronged themselves. Like the Imam. People have the 'holier than thou' attitude like they are free from ever comitting any sin, makes me laugh! I dont personally know much about the imam or what has gone on and I dont really need to to be honest. What I have heard is all the good he has done and how he is bringing the youth back to Islam Alhamdolillah. People really need to look closer to home when critisizing and picking faults, always so quick to expose other peoples flaws. Massive amount of respect to the Imam for being so honest, May Allah guide us all. Allah knows best.

I feel Imam Asim deserve a chance to be Imam and not get this privileged taken away from him. I have listened to lots of his speeches. He is a big inspiration to the Young Youth community. This should not be taken away from the community. Everyone makes mistakes no one is perfect. At least he has acknowledged his mistake. He should be forgiven and able to carry on with his role as a Imam

Imam asim helped alot of young people, he defo deserves a second chance
