Great imam none of us are perfect we all commit sins and also the allegations which were put on him are from years ago but only in 2019 did it get revived people are seeing his popularity and trying to deshame him and tarnish his name this needs to stop he is a true man of deen

For the people damage cannot be undone, in an islamic country shariah law would be applied or vigilantes would have stripped him and his title. Repetence is to Allah and forgiveness is from Allah, no one has the right to force victims to accept their abuser. I.e we all are victims of the misdeed by any religious authority.

Nobody is perfect true but having this predator preaching the same as he did in time he was commiting these sins is rubbing it in the victims faces, hence for the ones who have to live with the actions of his sins for the rest of their lifes it makes sense to keep him away from our children. Create a petition to keep this man stripped of such a position he can re-commit such sins.

This man did not come forward and admit his sins, this man targeted more victims after previous warnings his victims were coming forward to other scholars and only admitted his sins once held to account and presented with proof he could not squirm out of. Also was in his favour to avoid rape charge.

Dont give the "we all sin" excuses. Yes we all sin however when a public figure such as this ex imam has committed such a big sin and has only been saved from prosecution due to the vulnerability of the victims it is only right to remove this mans positive work as at the sametime it was a cover for his behind the scene sins. Would you defend and coverup such sins if your own daughters was abused up in this manner? We all sin and we all get judged over 1 sin than hundred good deeds thats the society we live in, no different for dodgy maulvis.

Repentance is with Allah no one is judging he has repented but like with everyone else once your known for your crime your not allowed to work in that profession again. If he has repented truly for himself then that will protect him from the fire of hell but in terms of public figure all the good acts were just acts while these sins were ongoung throughout. Reps gone he will always be remembered as the peado child grooming ex imam. Shameful petition "he repentented" ...tell that to the daughters, sisters lifes he has changed by using his religious image to take advantage and abuse underage children and only admitting the offences after evidence against him even though knew all along and had multiple warnings.

No thought for the victims? The children the daughters that were taken advantage of using dodgy nikkahs for sexual gratification. Only accepted his sinning once confronted with evidence. Only avoided prosecution as victims too young faced by cultural taboos to afraid to get into media limelight to prosecute. We are all sinners but to be a public figure preaching at peoples funerals knowing behind the scene you are corrupt and taken steps to cover your tracks to drag it out is not an act of a god fearing man. Shame on his supporters start by letting him loose on your own women, sisters, daughters.
