On December 2, 2013 my niece who my family raised since birth was illegally kidnapped by her Foster care worker & the local police department. There was no Court order, no warrant, only a DHS-30 form that had box 6 checked which clearly said "CHILD MAY NOT BE REMOVED TILL AFTER A FOSTER CARE APPEAL IS HELD & OVER". Dhs, Foster care worker & the police all failed & VIOLATED their own rules & BROKE OUR STATES LAWS. In ALL paperwork I have it clearly states my niece was very well taken care of & loved dearly. When they removed her they placed her immediately with strangers & within 3 days they were trying to adopt her secretly. I NEED THIS STOPPED & HER RETURNED TO HER ONLY HOME SHE KNEW, WE NEVER GAVE UP ON HER OR GAVE HER AWAY.
