OPWDD is a federally funded agency that unjustly remains exempt from adhering to ADA standards! This is a politically protected/zero transparency NYS agency. The agency's longstanding, proven corruption, continuously breeds off of the backs of people who live with disabilities. Many of whom cannot speak up for themselves. Please help correct this severe and deplorable violation of the Human Rights Law/s!!
Love the government NOT poor clients can't speak up for themselves either.

This corruption of the worst kind must be stopped. Federal criminal and civil rights investigations and arrests must happen soon to help end these horrors, atrocities and the massive fraud. New York State had another opportunity following the NY Times award winning "Abused & Used" investigative reporting series, but chose the exact opposite and took dramatic steps to cover-up more criminal cases and deaths than ever. Many people involved in these heinous crimes need to be prosecuted swiftly. Michael Carey - Jonathan dad In loving memory of my precious son Jonathan Michael Carey who was developmentally disabled and had autism that was killed by his NYS caregivers in 2007.
