Holiday Acres over the years has increased lot rent to an outrageous amount. They provide minimal effort on their part to ensure the safety and well being of their tenants. Refusing to cut down trees before they fall on houses, not filling in dangerous sink holes in the lots when they have been notified about them. Now refusing to help tenants keep their lots clean by not removing bagged yard refuse anymore. And now they have pushed the limits. A huge percentage of tenants have dogs in this park. Now the ruling is we not only cannot put up clean and visually appealing fences to keep our animals safe, we are no longer permitted to tie them up outside when they need or want to be. And the tenants that have moved in with dogs that have fenced in yards are being forced to take them down. This is outrageous! What are we supposed to do to keep our animalssafe and give them the outdoor time they need and crave? This needs to stop. Holiday Acres is getting away with way too much and enough is enough. Even when you do everything they ask on your property, (i.e. fix skirting, remove yard debris, etc.) it isn't good enough for them. We can barely afford to live there as it is and yet they expect us to hang our heads and comply and be good little sheep. I'm all done with that. Please help us return our neighborhood to a place where we can live and be happy instead of living underthe oppressed thumb of a tyrant.
