This "Jolly butcher" has been outside the shop for all the time I ever lived in Inverness. I don't recall ever hearing about it causing an accident or dismay. In fact it is part of the culture of our high streets. Why make Inverness bland and like evry other city street. be proud of our difference, I am.

Don't remove an icon from Inverness. Makes me smile when I walk past it. The pavements are plenty wide enough and this is not an eyesore unlike the 'tipping bridge' you are planning on spending much needed funds on

This is a historic landmark which has been there decades. Whilst much of the City has been flooded with Concrete please stop this petty action by the Council!!
