You should have it removed years ago and in the old Scot law of the seven year itch, if you have not officially complained in that period it is accepted as not a nuisance. This law has been thrust at me many times.

Seriously this is out of order how many cafes and shops have tables and displays on pavements outside shops???? And let's be honest they look hideous most of them this is a traditional butchers display!!

If the council spent more time looking at infrastructure and sorting that then they might just be considered as credible and viable. But finding nothing better to do than this proves that they are a total waste of space.
