It's a local icon. Removing it would remove one of Inverness's more endearing features.

Highland council should start helping small business not kill them as this is what they doing, want to make savings fire the top arsholes that earn the big salarys , they need to get a grip

This jovial Butcher has never failed to bring a smile to my face since the early 1990's. He bothers no one. Leave him alone.

The council seem to be making decisions lately that the public clearly don't agree with. This is just another example of some "jobsworth" trying to justify their position. I personally think that it's a bit of a landmark in that part of the town.

This butchers dummy has been there for years and I've never seen anyone trip over it, it's unobtrusive and neatly sits at the side of the butchers door. There is no reason for it to me removed.
