Any high density development in this area will have a huge negative impact on our lovely rural community. The traffic on Sage Rd will become very dangerous, as the road is already inadequate for the existing traffic volume and widening the road would appear to be almost impossible due to the terrain. The Diamond Valley Estates is not the only high density residential neighborhood being processed in the Riverside County Planning Dept.. Sage lends itself to low density parcels approx. 5 acre min. lot size, as potential horse/open space/ rural properties.

Definitely keep developers out of the rural areas!! They are only money grubbers!! Please don't sell out to them!! The developers don't give a hoot about us . They will lie about all the wildness they'll keep but in the end, they develop how they want!! Stay out!!!

There’s no need for commercial development in rural unincorporated areas such as Sage! There’s plenty of land elsewhere!

I have already signed on my Petition drives. I've been getting people from my area to wave signs on public roads to Support our Sage Area from being developed into a city!
Already have over 500 signatures. My goal is to get as many as, If I can, 700 to 1000 signatures.
