In addition, the height could create unwanted shade on surrounding properties.

I believe this proposed development is a mistake and does not belong at the proposed location.

I would like to further address the parking issue - while there is street parking on Bredin Drive currently, it should not be presumed by the developer, council, or potential residents of the new development that it is currently unused or surplus parking. The existing residents/homeowners utilize this parking on an ongoing basis and there is no reason to expect that this would change in the future. Existing residents should not be inconvenienced, expected to alter their behaviour or amend their expectation to meet the whim of the developer.

I believe that the added weight that would be placed on the land around Bredin Drive/Henderson, not to mention the pounding of the steel beams into the ground as this condo building is built will significantly further damage our properties/land around the river. This will cause further depletion of the soil, we have already been advised by engineers that the land is critical. You can already find cracks in the road along Bredin Drive which leads me to believe there are already issues and more will develop as the condo is developed.
