Absolute joke! Typical ignorance and single mindedness of the snotty yachtys always thinking they are somehow above everybody else. I shall continue to fish from that stretch of beach as I have done for years. EVERYBODY has the right to fish from or forage from below the high water mark as written in the Magna Carta. Best wishes for the up-coming hound season there everyone.

Absolute joke! Typical ignorance of the snotty yachtys thinking they are somehow above everybody else, I shall fish there regardless as I have done for years, Everybody has the right to fish from or forage below the high water mark, as written in the manga Karta.

I am both sailor and fisherman but it is wrong to ban fishing like this. If anything a polite request to not fish would get more respect and achieve more.

you cannot rule the high tide mark only mariners law is below the low water tide as the high water mark varys veery month so there are no set poiunts a stanbdard rule of 50 metres is set back from the highest possible tiide
