HISC does not own the foreshore below the mean HWM. It is therefore illegal of them to try and prevent people from exercising their right to access that foreshore for the purpose of fishing.

HISC are acting illegaly to prevent access to anglers from fishing on the foreshore at Black Point on Hayling Island and must be prevented from doing so . HISC do not own the foreshore up to the mean high water mark .
