Everybody face their own struggles and only each individual knows the fights they have to go through each and every single day. Life can be quite harsh at times and people react to it differently. I'm sure Jared tries his best not to take the hate thrown at him personally because he knows it, he must be aware that this reaction is a coping mechanism used by these individuals to deal with and/or avoid their own pain, insecurities and demons. And that's what his campaign is about, reaching out and offering a helping hand to those suffering with and, at times, because of themselves. Of course, that does not give anyone the right to lash on Jared for absolutely not fault of his own, and that should definitely stop. So please, if you, reading this, find yourself in this situation, throwing hate at someone just so you don't have to deal with the hate you feel for yourself, stop one moment and ponder on what you are doing. You're most definitely not helping yourself in the slightest doing this. There are people out there who's ready and willing to help you out with your struggles, and Jared more than proved that he is one of those. He doesn't deserve the hate, not at all.

Why on earth would anyone hate on Jared?!?! He is my hero and my inspiration. Just look at his always keep fighting campaign!! I had the pleasure of meeting him at NJCON last year and he is the nicest guy ever. Jared Padalecki is the most amazing man to walk the planet!

This unnecessary hate I've had to deal multiple times, in multiple fandoms and it's making me sick. Those ppl are sick. They could only see bad things and overlook the great, I'm sorry for them. Yes Jared isn't perfect, he's made mistakes, did/said some stuff that not everyone could agree with, but hey it's what makes him human right? More than anything, he's a genuine and sweet guy. You'd have to be blind to not see that. I just hope he gets to hear more amazing words that he deserves to hear, how much good he's done and so on.

Jared is a smart, kind, funny man. He reached out to a cause that is close to many of his fan's hearts. He is sincere! He gives me a lot of hope and laughter. If you don't like him, keep your opinions to yourselves! WE love him!!!

Mr. Padaleki is an awesome actor and Humanitarian. His support of those with Depression (which I have), as well as dealing with his own personal struggles does NOT deserve hate in any form. It takes a lot of strength to open up personally, and it takes a lot of guts and talent to stand in front of a camera and makes writer's characters come to life. Mr. Padaleki is a decent strong Human Being, and I support him wholeheartedly! STOP THE HATE!
