The mayor of Harrisburg is wanting to cut bar hours back for all bars from 2 am back to 1 am on the weekends and from 12 am back to 10 on weekdays. This is all because of poor boys biker bar that all local bars are suffering. None of the other bars except for poor boys are having issues with fights and police. And because of this they are punishing all bar owners for one bars problems.
