How can this be allowed? My Great Auntie & Uncle have lived in their home for over 50 years. Now in their 80's a move like this would affect them enormously why should they have to 'start again' so the council can make money?

We cannot demolish a community, demolishing homes. The only reason to do this is for someones financial gain for a private investor - at the consequence of our community. The value of neighbouring properties will also fall if this was done.

If we are moved out of our homes, It will cost the NHS more as it will be stressed being moved out of our comfort zone.

Our little neighborhood in Crouch End is being subjected to a similar plan on the part of Haringey Council. Like the attack on your neighborhood, it would wipe out a valued amenity that is part of our small community, all in the interest of making money for developers as part of the Council's 'affordable housing' con. Best of luck to you.
