Yes, school is about a place for learning, and becoming all you can be for a childs future, school is not a place for violence, and weapons. learning can be fun, challenging, and rewarding,, you not suppose to feel afraid, or intimidating, or feel you suppose to be competing with other students,, you suppose to feel comfortable with who you are, yet, doing the best you can for your education, making new friends, and helping who you can, yes there will be students you don't agree with, or perhaps, just don't like, but there's are mature ways of handling this situation, stay away, or say very little, is one way, there is a way of handling every situation without all the violence.
