Stop gun violence in mass. Sign a petition to change the gun removal program and make it stricter so people don't bring illegal guns into Massachusetts. This petition will provide feedback from the survey to edit the law and make the punishment harsher for having an illegal weapon. If you are caught with an unregistered gun, you will have to go imprisonment for 4 years and pay a fine of 1,500 dollars. The current punishment is 2 years and 500 dollars and it isn't stopping people from owning illegal guns or using them, so if we up the punishment, then maybe people will stop.
