I fully agree with all the issues listed in the document referred to. This development would definitely raise a number of concerns in the existing neighbourhood, primarily those of safety and devaluation of our properties. Gover street developments have so far created a nice environment the safety of which we have never questioned so far. I am ready to sign any petition document that may help with the issue. This is beyond a joke. Out of all streets for boarding houses to go up in, this one gets chosen?!!! The safety of our families are at serious risk, CCTV cameras will not make a difference to the type of low socioeconomic males that are going to be living in the street. We've had enough trouble in this street, we don't need anymore!

There are more acceptable areas in Sydney for a boarding house. This is a quiet residential area away from the hustle bustle and busy public transport services. The reason why people are in this street and area of Sydney is to be in a quieter area with little to no issues. Boarding houses are well known to have a fair share of issues with the quality of tenants.

I agree with what this petition states - if our street is changing for the better, builing this boarding house will only make it go backwards. We want to live here knowing we are safe, especially when residents have invested in these new units wanting to live here for the rest of their lives. I live across the road and do not want this to take place. We have children in our apartments and have had a fair share of problems in this street with theft right in my own home. We bought in this street, to build our family, not to be robbed out of our own homes and I feel boarding homes will only increase the risk of that. Please take this into consideration
