Stop Go Transit from removing the monthly Go Passes for Commuters
Go Transit will no longer be offering monthly Go Passes to commuters as of the end of this year. What is their reasoning other than it is a CASH grab?? When they advised us that 10 rides were no longer going to be available, the only choice we had was to use Presto. Their reasoning was that they needed to update their systems. This was a RUSE as the plan all along was so that eventually everyone will be on the Presto. I don't know about you but I am not sure how tapping on and off every day is convienient for a monthly Go pass user like myself. Irregardless, I either have to keep the pass or the Presto card on my person. Let's tell Go Transit to stuff it by signing this petition!
