Considering this is explicitly against the terms of conditions of tennents and they have taken action to stop them from doing so - it's very poor form to push this and deeply unpopular with residents

this is a neighbourhood not a hotel district.
If they reduced the rental prices there would be no need for hotel type short term lets - the community would build as residents would not have the need to keep moving due to extornite high rents,

Stop renting flats as hotel rooms, it’s a disturbance and security issue for residents who deserve to live quietly in their home, and not next door to parties
