To: Governor Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma DEQ, EPA Region 6, FAA Southwest, and all relevant state and federal authorities

We, the undersigned citizens of Oklahoma, are formally calling for action, transparency, and accountability.

For too long, we have submitted concerns, shared evidence, and requested answers regarding unauthorized atmospheric activity—including aerial spraying and electromagnetic interference tied to weather manipulation.

Instead of honest responses, we’ve been redirected, deferred, or outright ignored. The FAA claims jurisdiction over navigable airspace above 400 feet, but that does not grant the right to disperse harmful substances over Oklahoma residents. State agencies continue to pass responsibility rather than enforce the laws already in place to protect public health and environmental safety.

Meanwhile, we’ve watched unnatural storms devastate communities, take lives, destroy property, and disrupt the land. We have submitted photographic evidence,

lab results, documented flight patterns, and sworn eyewitness reports—all of which remain unanswered.

We are informed, engaged, and law-abiding citizens demanding our right to clarity, protection, and lawful enforcement.

We Now Publicly Demand:

  1. A state-led investigation into ongoing geoengineering and EMF activity over Oklahoma, with citizen input and oversight
  2. Full enforcement of Oklahoma’s existing environmental and airspace protection laws, and implementation of stricter regulations
  3. A formal written response to submitted evidence within 14 business days of receipt
  4. A public in-person or virtual meeting with agency leadership and citizen representation
  5. Immediate suspension of all known or suspected aerial dispersal and EMF activity pending investigation

We have been deferred long enough. We will not be dismissed.

If these demands are ignored, we will move forward with legal, legislative, and public actions to compel compliance with state law and constitutional protections. The responsibility now rests with the agencies named above.

We are unified. We are prepared. And we will not be silent.
