BACKGROUND: The United States faces an invasion by illegal aliens, including Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gangs, committing murders and trafficking, as President Trump declared on March 15, 2025. Suspected MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia, with tattoos and evidence of crimes, evaded deportation due to activist judges like Paula Xinis, costing taxpayers $55 million in legal fees (DOJ/HHS 2024), despite no mandate in the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. §1362). The Supreme Court’s April 7, 2025, AEA ruling obstructs justice, while “anchor babies” misuse the 14th Amendment. Career politicians and lifelong judges defy the Constitution’s Preamble, meant for Americans. We, The People—including myself, censored since Biden’s era—demand Congress defund legal aid, limit due process, end careerism, and remove rogue judges. This petition restores sovereignty and protects American families from gang violence before 2026.

We, The People, demand you stop forcing taxpayers to fund legal fees for illegal aliens who break our laws and endanger our families. The Constitution, ordained for Americans, not invaders, is betrayed by this outrage. We demand reforms to end this injustice, protect our communities, and restore accountability by August 15, 2025:

1. End Taxpayer-Funded Legal Fees: Defund DOJ’s Legal Orientation Program and HHS grants ($55 million in 2024), violating INA §1362. Redirect funds to ICE for 500,000 annual deportations, as Border Czar Tom Homan urges. Pass laws banning taxpayer-funded counsel for illegal aliens.
2. Limit Due Process: Amend INA/AEA for 48-hour deportations of gang suspects (e.g., MS-13’s Garcia, with tattoos and trafficking evidence). End “anchor baby” abuse by clarifying the 14th Amendment. Designate migration as an “invasion” to limit habeas corpus, per Trump’s March 15, 2025, proclamation.
3. Impose Congressional Term Limits: Propose amendments by July 31, 2025, for 12-year limits (House: six terms, Senate: two terms) to end careerism.
4. End Lifelong Judicial Appointments: Set 18-year term limits for judges via amendments, countering activists like Amy Coney Barrett, who sided with liberals in AEA rulings.
5. Simplify Judge Removal: Lower impeachment to a majority vote for overreach, as with judges James Boasberg and Xinis. Launch Rep. Jim Jordan-led probes by August 15, 2025, per Trump’s May 11 call.
