We believe our city has more than enough multi-family housing. Through various developments, including Villebois, our city has provided a diversity of housing options and price points. Therefore, we petition to remove all lots under 4,000 sq. ft. from the Frog Pond Concept Plan because the proposed high density would negatively impact our schools, traffic and property values. We have had support from Planning Commissioners Postma and Hurley, and Councilor Scott Starr is also in support of lower density.
