My passport has NO connection to what I send to the Philippines. What I send or not is my freedom to choose. This freedom to choose IS in the constitution!

here and in the US, the government collects the child support from the father. this is clearly shows that even government pfficials don't trust their own countrymen that they wpuld resort to drastic forceful measures. I agree with the intention but i believe this isn't a well-thought of decision. Far too many loopholes and seemingly subjective for everyone's good.

sending money to the dependent is a responsible of every OFW but it's depend on him on how much he will send and to whom... hindi dapat compulsory...
