After viewing this video, we really hope you guys understood that food waste is an important issue and that it is possible to make a change if we put our minds to it. Our goal is to have enough signatures to put pressure on the government and the grocery stores so that a law similar to the one in France is adopted here in Canada to stop food waste.

We want to make sure grocery stores give away the food that they would normally throw away to charities such as Old Brewery Mission if it is still edible. This petition will be sent to our local grocery stores and to the Parlement of Canada via email.
