Final supporters
Hey GHCHS students! Lately we have noticed that our campus has been filled with leftover and unwanted food that has just been going to complete waste. We have decided to start a petition that will hopefully help bring compost bins on campus that would be used to dispose the unwanted food. Not only is food waste a huge global issue but the students have been threatened no more nutrition time at school due to the fact that students leave trash and food lying around. So our solution and goal is to help out both the environment and students. Every signature makes a difference! Thanks for your support.

The administration is finally listening to our concerns about campus cleanliness. I am currently drafting a formal proposal for the composting bins based on your feedback.

This is an issue that is looked over. Society tells you not to worry about these issues, while we start to see the problems grow and expand to our own doorstep. By the time we act, if we do, it will be too late unless we act together right here. Right now is the time we come together.
I'm signing because throwing away good edible food when thousands of people in our own country - as well as the world over - are going hungry is an obscenity. This waste of the world's resources degrades those of us responsible. I want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem .It must be stopped.. Now. ❤❤❤

Hopfully Granada doesn't ignore or choose to not address this petition like the last few!

yoooooooooo food waste is noooo chill bruhhh maybe granada should stop buyin crappy food like orange flavored crazins cuz they suckkkkkkk they even managed to make the pizza taste horrible. they should work at a jail because they have a talent for making people miserable. If they improved the food quality and told Michelle Obama to talk to the hand, there would be a significant decrease in food waste. *drops mic
