Fees already too high, No facilities for students. Even basics like fan and clean washrooms are not available. Security is lacking. Two incidents of child molestation have occurred recently.

No institute can ever hold the result because of fees, this is against the ethics as well as against the moral ground on which it has been constituted.

If anyone is working in any private company ,there's a saturation point of his salary.
Company boss will not increase his salary after some extend untill unless he increases his capability & knowledge.
Then why there is salary increase for those teachers , who hasn't increased his degree,qualification and capability.
Only thing which increased is-his experience but till some extend.
Now a days new teachers who have done their TGT & PGT ,school can hire them and appoint them with old staff.
By doing this you can control salary expenditure.
School can retire the old teachers who are above 60 years.
School can tell teachers and staff that now your salary will not be increased because your knowledge is same,your working hours are same, but your efficiency has gone down.
Teachers and other staff of VVDAV are not gov't employee then why they are asking for increment because of Pay Commission.
If you asking for the same criteria as gov't teachers then the fee should be like Gov't School.
Now a days some Gov't model school are having better facilities as compare to VVDAV.
So I would like to request the authorities that do not increase the fee and other charges as they are already on higher side.
