We are aware that LEGO's initial copyrights have lapsed and that copyists can now legally sell their LEGO compatible bricks - but Trading Standards state that they SHOULD NOT be allowed to be listed as LEGO, nor list them in the LEGO eBay categories as this is mis-selling their products!

Despite repeatedly contacting eBay, the items are never removed, nor will eBay provide feedback as to why they are allowing these listings to remain active!

Together, as respected LEGO resellers and buyers, i believe we can make eBay notice us and make them change this. These copyists are devaluing the Quality, Collectability and indeed the integrity of the LEGO brand, and such a fan of LEGO i believe we need to make this stop.
