We moved from a place that allowed their land and water to be destroyed. I didn't think the lack of foresight would happen here so blatantly. I thought BC was smarter than to allow this.

I hold a licence to draw water from the creek for consumption so this has the utmost importance to me to protect my family from any deviation from the excellent water i now have. Thank you.

This has the potential to ruin a beautiful watershed. This watershed (49 creek) sustains 72 water license holders. This is 72 families the use this water. Not to mention the fish in the creek and all the wildlife. Let’s keep our watersheds safe from mining. The implications of mining this area are extremely high. It has the potential to kill a healthy watershed and many animals not to mention harm the health of 72 families whose sole source of water is from 49 creek. We must protect our water!
