What a shame that this will further hurt our community and the businesses that rely on these games to support them. You're forcing people to travel to other states and give other states our business and money to watch a game. This is in no way supporting Erie County.
I am not able to take the shot because of a medical condition. Plus I have already had covid. I have better immunity then people who have had the shot. The passport is discriminatory and unconstitutional. It is experimental, not FDA Approved !
Our rights are more important than a football game. We can always go to a sports bar, a restaurant or have a gathering (bbq) at your own house with a few friends. If the owners and city realize that what they're doing will cost them a considerable amount of financial loss they might change their minds.
When I paid for my season tickets I asked the guy in the ticket office, “will there be relief for people who have paid, if the Pegulas do something so stupid as to have health requirements to attend games?” He said he didn’t anticipate that happening.
No mandatory vaccines and no mandatory testing should be required to attend any venue or event. You cannot mandate I share my medical information to go about my life

Vaccines should be personal choice and to label them as mandatory to attend public events is an abuse of power, government overreach, and alienates and discriminated against any fan who chooses not to get the vaccine or is medically exempt.
