The University managers (like Head of School or Head of Research or University Councils members) implement the hidden agenda of the European Commission. They dishonour the British University in various cunning ways. Examples include: discrimination of women and various minorities; complicity to student misconduct; unfair pay and many others. These should stop!

Let us not forget the Government funding agencies: HEFCE, EPSRC, ESRC. By directing funding they can encourage and protect discrimination and misconduct. Their managers come from academia and, after completing their mission, they will return on very fat jobs within Universities. These managers should leave as well!

Did anyone hear of any European institution to sanction discrimination of women or research misconduct?

Don't you think there are enough Brits within University to stop Jose, Thomas or Reiko? As academics, they can overwrite the cunning schemes these guys made to implement discrimination. Better if all managers go.
