We do love and proud of our Knanya Heritage but Endogamy practice is wrong and we strongly stand against this injustice, we believe the root cause of the problem is at the Kottayam church leadership. If the church leadership recognise the negative effect this practice of expulsion causing to minority families within the community they can make a difference but they instead blame the parents and the family for not following Endogamy. Church leaders are meant to be preaching the word of god and love within community. However, lately in most local Knanaya parishes in Kerala, the activities and gatherings lead by the parish priests are focused on encouraging families the practice of Endogamy. We hope and pray that priests are guided well by the holy spirit and they preach love, mercy, forgiveness and the word of God !!

This apartheid should be forbidden. It is our birth right to continue in the church we are born and brought up regardless of who you marry.

Mosses waited for 40 years. We waited 33 years after we got the directive from Vatican . Our spiritual leaders camouflaged it from us and Vatican. Hope we will get our part of fairness soon
