We are against the proposed zoning change that would allow Encore Riverside RV Resort to develop 300 acres of pastureland and wetlands into 330 RV sites and 506 Manufactured home sites. Our concerns include wildlife and environmental harm, water run off to adjacent properties, additional fire, police, medical, trash removal services, assumed road improvements to accommodate the increased volume to an already overwhelmed road and future tax rate increases to pay for all of these issues. Please consider all of these issues and deny the request for zoning modification.
